By placing an order with Shop Sexy Strands, you agree to the terms below. All products are subject to availability. Shop Sexy Strands reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time begins once your order is confirmed.

Once an order begins processing, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

SHIPPING

Shipping time begins after processing is complete.

U.S. Shipping: 2–6 business days
International Shipping: Delivery time varies by location.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shop Sexy Strands is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been:
• Opened
• Worn
• Installed
• Altered
• Customized

REFUNDS

Refunds may only be considered if:
• An incorrect item was sent
• An item is missing from the order
• A product arrives defective

To request a review, contact support@shopsexystrands.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.

Products must be unused and returned in original packaging if requested.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–12 business days.

CHARGEBACKS

By placing an order, you agree to contact Shop Sexy Strands before filing a payment dispute.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.

Shop Sexy Strands reserves the right to dispute chargebacks when orders have been properly processed and delivered according to the policies listed above.
