ORDERING & PROCESSING
All orders are subject to product availability and verification.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once an order begins processing, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
SHIPPING
Shipping timeframes begin after order processing is complete.
Estimated Delivery Times

• International Shipping: Delivery time varies by destination
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shop Sexy Strands is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been:

• Altered

REFUNDS (ERRORS ON OUR END ONLY)
Refunds may be reviewed only if:

• The item returned in its original packaging
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–12 business days.

All hair is measured straight and true to length.
Shop Sexy Strands hair is 100% human hair and may be styled, colored, or chemically processed at the customer's discretion.
Results may vary depending on installation techniques, styling methods, and maintenance routines.
Shop Sexy Strands is not responsible for damage caused by:
• Improper installation
• Chemical processing
• Excessive heat styling
• Improper maintenance
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
BEFORE YOU ORDER

• Bundle recommendations are guidelines; fullness is based on personal preference
• Hair texture and color may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings
• Chemical processing is performed at the customer’s own risk
• Orders cannot be modified once processing begins
